Orders are carefully packed and sent from Carmarthenshire, Wales.

UK delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, with free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where available. Please allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive during busy periods or postal delays.

International delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Delivery costs and options are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Hag of the Mist cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs.

European delivery is currently paused while changes to EU requirements for small businesses are being resolved. Wholesale orders to Europe are unaffected.
