Refund policy

Hopefully you’ll love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

Return postage for unwanted items is your responsibility. A refund will be issued for the returned items, along with the cost of standard delivery.

For hygiene reasons, unpackaged personal-care products cannot be returned once they have been opened or unsealed.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch and it will be put right.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
